Terms & Conditions

The SWAPSHOP is a complementary service from Cheryl Koenig Relocation Services Group (CKRS). The service is available for private offers to the market.

PLEASE NOTE: The usage of the service by professional sellers is not permitted at all. Once identified, professional offers will be taken off the system immediately and the offering company or person herewith accepts to pay a penalty of a 1000 Euros for each unauthorized entry to CKRS.

Sellers, buyers as well as general viewers accept that CKRS will not take any liability whatsoever for the goods, items and services offered in terms of presentation content, quality, completeness, availability, correct and timely payment of price or timely delivery. Sellers, buyers and general viewers also agree, that they will not claim any damages from CKRS related to the SWAPSHOP service. CKRS is entitled to reject entries and purge offers from the SWAPSHOP system at any time without obligation to justify such action.

Sellers must under no circumstances enter offers into the SWAPSHOP system with immoral, unlawful or misleading content. Those who are placing offers or entries in the SWAPSHOP system will fully and without objection indemnify CKRS if CKRS is exposed to claims for damages related to their respective offers or entries.

The transportation of sales items is the sole responsibility of the vendor or the buyer, both in terms of cost and coordination.

Offers will be displayed for 30 days starting with the date of entry. After 30 days offers will be automatically erased unless the seller has actively extended the offer before the 30 days are over.
